NEVER GO TO A DOCTOR ...JUST FOLLOW 4 TIPS

By the title itself you may feel WOW ! . And  you will have questions in mind i.e. is it really possible ? Why ?

Yes its possible to avoid the common causes/diseases  by simply following below four tips


Get set ready and Go !!

TIP NO 1 :

Wake up from the bed don't do anything just drink plenty of water (probably 3 to 4 glass) with empty stomach..without brushing your teeth..without drinking a tea etc etc....

If you can drink warm water (drinkable) then its best...

This will clean your stomach and its accessories.You can say its a shower for them


TIP NO 2 :

Never ever drink water during or after the meal at least for one hour.You can drink water before meal (40 minutes before)

This is because for digestion system to digest properly, you can say keep the fire on for one hour


TIP NO 3 :

Don't drink cold water.Just avoid for the life time ..its not beneficial for your health

TIP NO 4 : 

Learn how to drink water.Keep water in you mouth for few second.Let the saliva of mouth mix to the water and allow to go the stomach.This is the only right method to drink the water...
